- Import & Customs Clearance
HELLAS HK LTD carries out all customs clearance in Greece under its Greek VAT number.
Import duties and VAT are fully paid by the company. - Storage & Order Management
After customs clearance, goods are transferred to the SAKORAFAS SA warehouse in
Aspropyrgos.
All warehousing services, including picking, packing, and shipment preparation, are handled there. - Final Delivery (DDP)
HELLAS HK LTD guarantees delivery directly to the customer’s door, in Greece and throughout
the EU.
The customer is not burdened with any customs processes or extra charges. - Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are issued under the Greek VAT number of HELLAS HK LTD.
Customers pay by bank transfer, according to their own instructions.
For EU-registered companies with a valid VAT/VIES number, invoices are VAT-exempt. For
private individuals, Greek VAT applies.
