1. Import & Customs Clearance
We take care of customs clearance in Greece, including full payment of import duties and VAT. After receiving goods from the manufacturer in China, we notify the client in advance of all applicable tariffs (based on TARIC codes) and provide a clear quotation invoice.
2. Storage & Order Fulfillment
Once cleared, your goods are transported securely to our modern logistics facility at SAKORAFAS SA in Aspropyrgos, Greece. Our operations team handles:
- Secure Warehousing: Products are stored in optimal conditions.
- Order Picking: Accurate and efficient order selection.

4. Invoicing & Payment
We ensure transparent and legal invoicing under Greek tax regulations. Invoices are issued via HELLAS HK LTD upon customer instruction, and payments are made through our Hong Kong bank accounts.

VAT Rules
- Greek Businesses with valid VAT: Standard invoicing with applicable Greek VAT.
- EU Businesses (outside Greece) with valid VAT/VIES: VAT-exempt (Intra-Community Supply).
- Private Individuals: Greek standard VAT applies.
